Combined shipping and tracking on all orders.
 

Delivery times (NZ Post Courier):

• Courier is 1 business day North Island and 2 business days South island.

• Items are dispatched the next business day.

• The day an item is dispatched is day zero.

Shipping Charges:

• Urban flat rate of $10 (1-2 day delivery).

• Rural flat rate of $15.50. (3-5 day delivery).

• Select the relevant shipping option for your order from the drop down box - to prevent delays please ensure you select the correct option.​​

• Free Urban Courier shipping on orders over $80.
  For rural order over $80 you will be charged the full shipping cost - we will refund the $10 courier charge.

Pickup from Lower Hutt:

• If you reside in the Wellington region (or are passing through) you are welcome to collect your order from us. Contact-less collection is available.
   

Urgent Orders:

• If you require your order urgently please get in touch with us via the chat so we can confirm a time frame for delivery. It is great to check that this will meet your needs before placing an order.
  If our courier pickup has not yet occurred we may be able to dispatch your order on the same day.  If dispatched the same day it is overnight for North Island delivery, South Island delivery is usually 2 days.
